Hawker Hunter, 1950’s Icon

Looking back, the 1950's was a golden age for British aircraft manufacturers. The beautiful Hawker Hunter was a dream to fly, and became, along with the Gloster Javelin, the mainstay of the Royal Air Force during those years. Long before the Red Arrows, we had the Black Arrows and the Blue Diamonds aerobatic teams, both flying Hunters.
