Off Flamborough Head

A private commission from the mid-nineties, the painting depicts a De Havilland Hornet of 41 Squadron flying off Flamborough Head. the aircraft depicted is the personal mount of Graham Watson, squadron letters EB- and a/c letter -O and serial number PX308. It was always a pleasure to receive such a commission as this as it gave a chance to paint a more rare aircraft type, as well as bringing back memories for those who flew them.
